Who's the problem?
I am a big fan of the Showtime show Shameless (even if as an Irish American it hits a little close to house). I have religiously watched this show every Sunday night for last four years but this was the first season that they started to lose me.
If you have never seen the show before the general theme of the
show has been a group of super poor kids trying to make it on the south side of
Chicago. The oldest is a daughter named Fiona played by the super hot Emmy
Rossum. The show is more or less about how they try to make ends meet
without help because their mother split and their father is an Alcoholic and an
extremely bad one at that.
This has worked great for the first three seasons but this season the
kids are all getting over and they are started to be responsible for their own
well being and they just follow the pattern of making a bad situation worse. So
you don't feel bad about it anymore, the show loses it effect on the viewer.
Fiona becomes slutty and a drug addict out of left field and it makes me thing
that the writers didn't know where the show was going and it created a weak
plot this season.
